Responsibilities

The Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing the software testing process, ensuring product quality, and leading a team of QA engineers. This role involves planning, designing, and executing test strategies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Mandatory skill sets

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , IT, or related field
3-10 years of experience in software testing/QA
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Hands-on experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
Good understanding of API testing and performance testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred skill sets

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Certifications like ISTQB (advanced level preferred)
Experience with performance tools like JMeter
