A tech solutions company in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of expertise in Finance Supply Chain Management, with hands-on experience in design, configuration, and implementation of FSCM solutions. Responsibilities include configuring SAP FSCM processes, participating in end-to-end implementations, and ensuring integration with SAP Finance modules. Strong communication and time management skills are essential. Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description

• Looking for an experienced SAP FSCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Hands‑on experience in design, configuration, and implementation of FSCM solutions
• Ability to work closely with business and technical teams for requirement analysis and solution design

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FSCM processes: Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, Cash Application
• Participate in end‑to‑end implementations: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live
• Analyze business requirements and propose functional and technical solutions
• Ensure integration with SAP Finance modules such as New GL and Bank Management
• Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data validation, and production support
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of SAP FSCM experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Credit Management
• Collections Management
• Cash Application
• Good understanding of New GL and Bank Management
• Experience in at least 2 end‑to‑end SAP implementations
• Knowledge of payment processes:
• Automatic Bank Payment
• Direct Debit
• Credit Card integration (Worldpay/Paymetric)
• Experience with HighRadius FSCM integration (on‑premise/cloud)
• Strong understanding of FSCM business processes and configurations

Technical & Functional Skills

• Experience in system design, configuration, testing, and support
• Ability to analyze functional and technical integration requirements
• Exposure to workflow / low‑code automation tools
• Knowledge of E2E SDLC processes

Preferred Skills

• Experience in application support tools (HP Service Manager)
• Experience with testing tools (HP ALM)
