THE HOUSE OF ABHINANDAN LODHA (HOABL) seeks a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in FI/CO, S/4HANA, and Universal Journal to design, implement, and optimize financial processes within SAP systems.

You will lead configuration, data migration, and reporting, ensuring cross-module integration with SD, MM, and PM, while delivering training and documentation to users. Strong communication and CA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• End-to-end SAP project lifecycle experience: blueprinting, configuration, go-live.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, CO) modules.
• Lead or support SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects.
• Design business processes and translate requirements into system designs.
• Ensure integration with SD, MM, and PM; perform data migration and reporting.
• Conduct testing (unit/integration/UAT) and provide post-implementation support.

Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, playing a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing financial and controlling processes within SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

• Configure SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing) modules.
• Lead or support SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong exposure to Fixed Assets

Business Process Design:

• Analyze and map business processes to SAP functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs.

Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules like SD, MM, and PM
• Address and resolve issues related to cross-module processes.

Data Migration & Reporting:

• Manage the migration of financial data from legacy systems to SAP.
• Develop custom reports using SAP tools to support financial analysis and decision making.

Testing & Support:

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues.

Training & Documentation:

• Create end-user training materials and deliver workshops.
• Document system configurations, business processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPC).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal.
• Experience in integrating FICO with other SAP modules.

Financial Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and controlling processes. o Knowledge of taxation, compliance standards (IFRS, GAAP), and cost management.

Required Education & Experience:

• CA Qualified
• Minimum 5 Years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation or support projects.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including blueprinting, configuration, and go-live.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business users and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in dynamic project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
• Experience with Fiori apps, S/4HANA, and advanced reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Consolidation processes.
