Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. seeks a Finance SAP process expert to drive standardized FI processes across applications and support cross-functional consulting. The role includes coordinating with global teams to ensure consistent financial workflows and project delivery.

You will support the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, deliver training to key users across international locations, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement continuous improvements in Finance IT landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a process expert supporting cross-functional consulting and the implementation of standardized Finance (FI) processes across applications.
• Support the transition from the global SAP ECC system to the new S/4HANA landscape.
• Provide operational support, drive Continuous Improvements across the Finance applications and lead training initiatives for key users across international locations.
• Define and design end-to-end processes and solutions based on business requirements, and document their implementation accordingly.
• Operate effectively within an international project environment, contribute significantly to major IT initiatives, and deliver professional support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular collaboration with adjacent process domains to ensure alignment and integration.
• Proactively support change initiatives and transformation efforts within the Finance function.
