Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO/MM lead to drive solution design workshops, gather requirements, and architect end-to-end SAP FI configurations in a complex S/4HANA Finance transformation. You will guide rollout plans, create blueprints, and mentor a team of consultants across project phases.

The role involves coordinating with finance stakeholders, delivering presales support, and ensuring high-quality outputs while managing risks and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP FI/CO/MM environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI solution design workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Design and configure SAP FI components including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, EBS, New GL and Universal Journal.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives and Rollouts.
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration projects.
• Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities.
• Provide effort estimation and solution proposals during presales and bid support.
• Work closely with SAP CO, MM, SD, Treasury, FSCM and BTP Integration teams.
• Ensure seamless integration across finance and logistics processes.

Role & responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead SAP FI solution design workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Design and configure SAP FI components including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
• New GL and Universal Journal
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives and Rollouts.

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration projects.
• Prepare business blueprints, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities.

Integration Management

• Work closely with:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client finance leadership.
• Facilitate workshops with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Process Owners.
• Present solution recommendations, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor SAP FI consultants across project phases.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and capability development programmers.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Governance & Support

• Monitor project health, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure SLA compliance in AMS engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
