Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for inbound/outbound processing and internal warehouse movements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ECC-to-EWM integration issues, including qRFC queues and stock discrepancies.
• Configure warehouse process types, storage types, putaway/picking strategies, and wave management.
• Troubleshoot RF transactions, PPF actions, and warehouse label printing issues.
• Prepare functional specifications for RF-related enhancements and warehouse improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain functional documentation and support stable warehouse operations.
