Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare Blueprints and participate in end-to-end project implementation.
• Validate reports, customizations, and configuration changes.
• Execute Functional Testing & Integration Testing.
• Provide end-user training and handle day-to-day operational queries.
• Enhance SAP functionalities based on evolving business needs.
• Manage IT access requirements and ensure smooth system operations.
• Review and manage service request backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise support groups to resolve system issues.
• Perform data mapping, gap analysis, and process documentation between As-Is and To-Be systems.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Create high-quality functional specs, test cases, test scripts, and status reports.
• Work on interfaces with BI, XI, and related workflow tools.
