Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India seeks a Senior Consultant with SAP EWM expertise to drive complex EWM implementations and deliver end-to-end warehouse solutions. The role involves aligning with business stakeholders, designing workflows, and ensuring successful deployments within SAP S/4 environments.

The candidate will work within a Scrum team, translating business needs into scalable SAP configurations and integrations, with a focus on warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP experience as a functional consultant on S/4 EWM implementations.
• Subject matter expert in warehousing, distribution and transportation processes.
• Completed 1+ full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations in a warehouse environment.
• Completed 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in a warehouse environment.
• EWM experience with inbound and outbound processes.
• EWM experience with packaging specifications.
• Strong integration between EWM-PP and EWM-QM; collaborate with Scrum teams to design and configure SAP S/4 system.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and translate needs into SAP solutions with inter-system integrations.
• Work with Data, Change management and Infrastructure teams on enabling activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the SAP S/4 EWM system for client engagements.
• Lead requirement gathering, testing, and documentation of workflows and functional design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to implement SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Collaborate with Data, Change management and Infrastructure teams to enable security and rollout activities.

Key skills required

• Around 4+ years of SAP experience as functional consultant on complex and multiple projects (Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP S/4 EWM with hands-on experience on the following areasatleast 2-3 years of experience working with SAP EWM
• Subject matter expert with supply chain processes for warehousing, distribution andtransportation
• Completion of 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of EWM in a warehouse environment
• Completion of 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in a warehouse environment
• EWM experience with Inbound and Outbound processes
• EWM experience with Packaging Specifications
• Strong integration experience between EWM-PP and EWM-QM
  Work with Scrum team to deign, configure the SAP S/4 system
• Address and proactivity work on Inter team dependency across scrum teams
• On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
