Cloudxtreme is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to design and implement SAP Embedded Analytics within S/4HANA. You will build CDS views, create OData services, and deploy Fiori apps to deliver real-time insights for business users.

The role emphasizes translating functional requirements into technical models, with hands-on work on CDS views, VDM, and SAP Web IDE/BAS/HANA Studio in a hybrid Pune setting. Experience in S/4HANA analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• Proficient in designing CDS views for dashboards and reports.
• Strong expertise in OData services and Fiori app deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop S4HANA ABAP CDS Views (Basic, Composite, Consumption) for dashboards and ETL extracts.
• Extend SAP CDS views to support embedded analytics and real-time insights.
• Create and consume OData services using CDS annotations and UI.
• Deliver Fiori applications and dashboards using SAP Web IDE/BAS/HANA Studio.
• Implement and optimize Virtual Data Model (VDM) for analytics workloads.
• Collaborate in fit-to-standard workshops and guide business users.

Job Description:

The SAP Embedded Analytics Developer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing analytical solutions directly within SAP S/4HANA using native development tools such as CDS views, Fiori elements, and the Virtual Data Model (VDM).

The role focuses on translating functional requirements into technical models that deliver real-time insights to the business.

Top 3 Skills:

• Proficiency in building CDS viewsBasic, Composite, Consumption, Analytical, and Cube views with required annotations.


• Expertise in Analytical CDS for KPIs, dimensions, measures, hierarchies, and cubes.


• Strong experience building OData services using CDS UI/annotation-based, OData V2/V4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in developing S4HANA ABAP CDS Views (Basic, Composite,


• Consumption) to support Fiori APP Dashboard/Reports and Extractors for ETL process.


• Knowledge in S4HANA design, especially extension of SAP provided CDS Views for Embedded Analytics.


• Knowledge in Web Dynpro application


• Knowledge on how to deploy SAP Fiori Apps for Embedded Analytics.


• Strong implementation exposure on VDM(Virtual data model)


• Should be able to build the custom reporting applications by using all the capabilities of S/4 HANA Embedded analytics.


• Strong Experience with SAP Web IDE/BAS/Hana Studio


• Strong Experience in Odata Services.


• Participate in Fit to standard analysis workshops and suggest the business users and functional consultants for the best possible approaches.
