Job summary

EY's Global Delivery Services is seeking a Senior SAP DRC Specialist to lead end-to-end SAP Digital Compliance, E-invoicing, and E-Reporting initiatives. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining compliance-driven SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

You will partner with finance and IT to streamline invoicing, ensure regulatory alignment, and deploy scalable E-invoicing workflows while delivering training and support to users in a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 4–5 years of SAP domain experience in SD, FI or MM modules.
• 3–4 SAP DRC e-Invoicing/e-Reporting implementations across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with e-Invoicing regulations; knowledge of EDI is a plus.
• Hands-on with BTP integration modules and bolt-on solutions like Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP DRC implementation and maintenance of Digital Compliance solutions across SAP systems.
• Develop and manage E-invoicing and E-Reporting integrations with SAP; facilitate design workshops.
• Monitor and update regulatory compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing processes and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, IT and other departments for successful deployments.
• Provide training and end-user support for SAP DRC and E-invoicing.
• Troubleshoot SAP DRC and E-invoicing issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations.

The Opportunity

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP DRC Specialist with extensive experience in E-invoicing & E-Reporting.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end to end implementations of SAP Digital Compliance and E-invoicing solutions to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline invoicing processes and enhance overall efficiency

Your Key Responsibilities

SAP DRC Implementation:

Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP Digital Compliance solutions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

E-invoicing Solutions:

Develop and manage E-invoicing and E-Reporting solutions, integrating them seamlessly with SAP systems. Facilitate design workshops and perform DRC specific configurations on S4 and ECC instances

Compliance Monitoring:

Continuously monitor and update compliance requirements, ensuring the company meets all regulatory obligations.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate invoicing processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure successful implementation and operation of E-invoicing solutions.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP DRC and E-invoicing systems.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP DRC and E-invoicing, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and compliance requirements

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP domain in either SD, FI or MM modules
• Proven experience in atleast 3-4 SAP DRC e-Invoicing and/or e-Reporting implementation projects across SAP ECC and S4HANA instances
• Familiarity with regulations related to e-Invoicing and good knowledge of EDI is a plus
• Hands-on experience with BTP integration modules
• Proficiency with external bolt-on solutions such as Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos, etc.
• Preference for relevant SAP Certification
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, detail-orientation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
