Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP DRC Project Manager to lead SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) implementations, e-invoicing, and statutory reporting initiatives. The candidate should have strong SAP project/program management experience, hands-on SAP DRC implementation expertise, and knowledge of tax compliance processes and enterprise SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP DRC implementation, rollout, and compliance reporting projects.
• Manage e-invoicing and statutory reporting requirements across different countries.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage SAP Tax and Compliance programs and Vertex O Series integration projects.
• Work with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Support SAP S/4HANA environments and ensure compliance with country-specific tax regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 12 years of SAP Project/Program Management experience preferred as specified in the detailed JD.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP Tax and Compliance programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering SAP DRC implementations.
• Experience managing Vertex O Series integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP SD, and SAP MM.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
