CBS APAC is seeking an experienced SAP Data Services Consultant to support large-scale S/4HANA migration projects. You will design, build, and run migration objects, ensuring data accuracy and coordinating with functional and technical teams for validation and cutover.

The role requires hands-on BODS expertise, LTMC know-how, and cross-module data mapping across FI/MM/SD. This is a hybrid position with global project teams and a 12-month horizon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience.
• Hands-on SAP Data Services / BODS.
• Experience with LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit).
• Data mapping, debugging and performance tuning experience.

Responsibilities

• Support mock loads, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Services (BODS) Consultant to support SAP data migration activities within the S/4HANA landscape. The consultant will design, build, and execute migration objects, ensuring data accuracy and supporting validation and cutover cycles in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop migration objects using SAP Data Services (BODS)
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities
• Build, test, and execute migration workflows
• Support mock loads, reconciliation, and cutover activities
• Identify and resolve migration errors and performance issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants to validate data mapping rules
• Support integration across SAP modules
• Document technical specifications and migration processes
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout migration cycles

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience
• Proven hands‑on expertise in SAP Data Services / SAP BODS
• Hands‑on experience with LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)
• Experience in job & workflow creation, data mapping, debugging and performance tuning
• Experience working with IDocs, BAPI, RFC
• Understanding of SAP data structures across modules (FI/MM/SD or cross‑functional)
• Experience supporting SAP data migration projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in S/4HANA migration or conversion programs
• Exposure to other ETL tools (e.g., SLT or non-SAP ETL tools)
• Experience working in multi‑country rollout or transformation programs
