EY is seeking a SAP Data Leader with 20+ years of IT experience to drive enterprise data strategy and modernize SAP landscapes using SAP Datasphere, BODS, and MDG. • Experience designing modern data platforms and integrating SAP with non-SAP ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
• Leadership: Proven capability to lead global teams and drive transformation in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise data strategy and roadmap, positioning SAP Business Data Cloud as the foundation for analytics and AI.
• Lead complex SAP S/4HANA data migration and modernization programs at scale.
• Advise C-level leaders, shape strategic decisions, and demonstrate the business value of intelligent, data-driven technologies.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, including standards for data quality, stewardship, and master data management (MDG).
• Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions (e.g., SAP Joule, Predictive Analytics).
• Lead and mentor global SAP teams, ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional initiatives.
• Support business growth through solution design, proposal development, and client engagement.

A SAP Data Leader with 20+ years of experience serving as a strategic advisor to the C‑suite and leading large‑scale data transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA programs. Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Skills: Experience designing modern data platforms and integrating SAP with non‑SAP ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Leadership: Proven capability to lead global teams and drive transformation in complex organizations.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
