Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP TPM/CRM consultant in Pune with 5+ years of hands-on project experience across TPM, CRM, CBP, and related modules. The role involves leading workshops, gathering requirements, and configuring solutions to meet client needs.

You will work with clients to diagnose issues, design innovative solutions, and support deployment in a fast-changing digital journey. Open positions span multiple Indian locations including Pune.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience with TPM, CRM, CBP scope and end-to-end configuration.
• Hands-on project experience in SAP TPM and related modules as listed above.
• Experience in AMS projects and ticket/monitoring tools within CRM/TPM.

Responsibilities

• LeadCRM/TPM process workshops and gather Functional Design Requirements.
• Design budgets, planning inputs, and coordinate with program managers.
• Conduct configuration per design and support solution demonstrations.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets and guidelines.
• Drive small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives with high-value solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and refine data-driven solutions.

Job description

• Minimum 5+ years of overall SAP experience. Must have Hands-on project experience latest SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) covering technical/functional skills for end-to- end configuration and customization SAP CRM, CBP, TPM, Funds management, Pricing, Claims and Settlement.
• Must have configuration experience of planning product hierarchy, operational planning, scenario planning, baseline planning other planning supported in CBP screen. Also, must have master data configuration knowledge in SAP CRM for SAP Trade management solution.
• Must have knowledge about ECC integration for master data replication, SAP SD OTC cycle, pricing, rebates, deduction claim settlement functionality.
• Lead and drive the CRM/ TPM process workshops and lead the Functional Design Requirement gathering, functional, technical design Budgeting, planning help to program manager.
• Experience in AMS project /support projects, Different ticket tracking & monitoring tools in CRM /TPM Functionality.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
