PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a SAP CPI - Manager to lead complex integration programs across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. This role focuses on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products, delivering high-quality client outcomes with a coaching leadership style.

You will mentor teams, drive business development, and ensure successful delivery through strong project management and technical excellence within a global delivery model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required and English proficiency is essential.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP CPI/PI/PO and integration projects.
  • Hands-on Java and Groovy scripting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of consultants to deliver CPI/PI/PO based integrations.
  • Manage client expectations, budgets, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive incident/change/problem management within the CPI landscape.
  • Coach staff and promote cross-competency collaboration.
  • Oversee end-to-end interface development including SLD/ESR/IDoc/TSD/UAT.
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to COE activities.

As a SAP CPI - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specializing within our SAP practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities
  • As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
  • Be involved in the financial metrics.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
  • Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.
  • Build a strong team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Actively engage in cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
  • Demonstrating project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented.
What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
  • PI/PO/CPI development knowledge for both part design as well as configuration.
  • Should have done at least 3 End to End implementation.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, other cloud systems using CPI.
  • Hands‑on experience on Java and groovy script.
  • Working experience on Integrating SucessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, CPM, MRS, BRIM systems.
  • Hands one experience on AIF (Application Interface Framework)
  • Basic ABAP knowledge and SAP BTP Knowledge
  • If SLD knowledge is there than it will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible for handling incidents and tickets causing service disruption in the PI/PO/CPI landscape.
  • End to end experience on interface build SLD, ESR, ID, TSD perform, UAT, transport of changes
  • SAP PI/PO interfaces Monitoring and support.
  • Good knowledge in using at least one SAP module in the areas of logistics or finance (key user level).
  • Interest in solving challenges involving both business and technical.
  • Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.
