Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions in Pune seeks a senior SAP HR IT professional to drive travel and data management initiatives. You will work with SAP Concur, SAP HCM master data, and integrations with financial systems to optimize corporate travel operations.

Expertise in authorization/identity management, international experience, and project leadership on HR IT travel solutions is required. You will define data governance, implement best practices, and partner with global teams to align travel

• 8+ years of experience, international exposure preferred.

• Depth knowledge of SAP HCM master data
• Experience in supporting data management within authorization and identity management
• Knowledge of standard integrations with financial systems
• Extensive experience (at least 8 years) with SAP Concur with international experience and additional experience in similar travel management solutions represent a plus.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel management systems and best practices in travel strategy and operations.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in executing HR IT initiatives related to travel solutions.
