Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant to drive implementation, configuration, and support of CO modules. You will specialize in Product Costing, COPA, and Material Ledger, working with business stakeholders to optimize CO processes across the landscape.

Responsibilities include integration with FI/MM/PP/SD, variance analysis, and post-go-live support. Strong communication and ABAP coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of SAP CO experience with S/4HANA projects.
• Deep expertise in Product Costing, COPA and Material Ledger.
• Experience with CO integration with FI, MM, PP and SD.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing and COPA.
• Perform variance analysis for production and procurement processes and set up allocation cycles.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements and coordinate with business users for requirements.
• Prepare documentation, test scripts, and provide post-go-live support and training.

Description du poste

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant with deep expertise in Controlling (CO), Product Costing, COPA, and Material Ledger. The consultant will be responsible for implementation, customization, and support activities while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient CO processes.

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration Configure and support SAP S/4HANA CO modules Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA. Implement Account-Based COPA and Material Ledger Actual Costing . Perform variance analysis for production and procurement processes. Set up allocation cycles , assessments, and distributions.
• Business Process Analysis Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements. Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process study and gap analysis. Recommend process improvements and best-practice solutions.
• Integration Ensure seamless integration between CO and FI, MM, PP, and SD modules. Support variance reporting and CO-PA reporting requirements.
• Testing & Support Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Perform Unit Testing , Integration Testing , and support UAT . Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system improvements.
• Documentation & Training Prepare BBP , configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user manuals. Conduct training sessions for business users on CO functionalities.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of SAP CO experience with 3-4 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Split Valuation).
• Hands-on experience in Account-Based COPA , Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis and settlement processes.
• Good knowledge of CO integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
