Job summary

Thoucentric Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP CO Consultant with at least 5 years in SAP CO modules to configure and maintain SAP CO solutions, integrate with SD/MM/PP, and guide S/4HANA migrations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize closing processes, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and lead projects from design to deployment while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP CO modules and their integration points with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience with financial reporting, cost control, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver SAP CO projects within scope and timeline.
• Familiarity with migration strategies from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP CO solutions, including integration with SD, MM, and PP.
• Provide architectural guidance for S/4HANA migrations and greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Configure and manage core SAP CO modules: Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing.
• Develop and optimize financial closing processes and reporting frameworks.
• Lead and mentor project teams; manage stakeholders and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Consultant who will have atleast 5 years of relevant experience in SAP CO modules and possess a strongunderstanding of financial accounting principles. As an SAP CO Consultant, youwill be responsible for configuring, and maintaining SAP CO solutions to meetour organization's financial requirements. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to analyze business processes and provide expert adviceon SAP CO best practices.

• Solution Design and Architecture:
  
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for SAP CO, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems.

• Conduct feasibility studies and ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.
  
• SAP FICO Expertise:
  
• Configure and manage core SAP CO modules (Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing).
  
• Develop and optimize financial closing processes, reporting frameworks, and consolidation systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing SAP CO projects.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
  
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  
• System Migration and Integration:
  
• Plan and execute migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  
• Design and implement integration strategies for third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
  
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CO and S/4HANA features and functionalities.
  
• Recommend and implement process improvements and innovations to enhance system performance.
  
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
  
• Strong knowledge ofSAP ECCandS/4HANAplatforms.
  
• Hands-on experience with system migration and transition strategies.
  
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging, FIORI applications, and CDS views is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration points with other SAP modules.
  
• Experience with financial reporting, cost control, and compliance frameworks.
