Job summary

Magna is seeking a senior BI/Analytics professional to lead end-to-end SAP BW/BI implementations on HANA. You will define data models, optimize data flows, and deliver dashboards using SAP WEBI, BOBJ, Tableau, and Power BI. The role emphasizes ABAP experience and strong SQL skills within a global IT context.

You will mentor analysts, participate in POC evaluations, and contribute to the BI&A roadmap while ensuring production-grade, scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent.
• 10+ years of end-to-end analytics and reporting projects.
• Strong SAP BW/BI on HANA with data extraction and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manager to document functional and technical requirements.
• Design data models and data flows for scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop front-end analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, SAP BO/Webi/Tableau.
• Build and tune BW on HANA objects including InfoCubes, DSOs, and queries.
• Provide guidance on data sources, ETL, and visualization best practices.
• Mentor analysts in SQL, ETL, and reporting techniques.
• Participate in evaluations and proofs of concept.
