Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a SAP Business Process Control Senior Associate to address SAP compliance and security by analyzing requirements, supporting control design, and contributing to security reviews.

You will manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and strengthen your technical skills while delivering SAP control testing and documentation across multiple projects and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of SAP compliance, security, and governance experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assess SAP security and business process control requirements across RTR, OTC, PTP, and PTM areas.
• Prepare control test scripts, narratives, and procedures for SAP ERP workstreams.
• Execute control testing and document results, exceptions, and remediation items identified in SAP configurations.
• Review IT general controls and SAP governance documentation.
• Analyze RCM and RACI matrices, control owner documentation, and key report outputs to validate control design and operation.
• Evaluate RICEFW documentation and identify control gaps that affect security, access, and process integrity.
• Support client delivery teams on multiple engagements while managing assigned workstreams and deadlines.
• Interpret findings and recommendations to help strengthen compliance, risk management, and control performance.

As a SAP Business process control Senior Associate you will help clients address SAP compliance and security needs by analyzing requirements, supporting control design, and contributing to security and regulatory control reviews within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations while strengthening your technical skills and personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will focus on SAP business process controls, IT risk and controls assessments, control testing, and documenting findings across SAP ERP environments while supporting delivery for multiple projects and contributing to business application consulting work within PwC Acceleration Center India.

Responsibilities

• Assessing SAP security and business process control requirements across RTR, OTC, PTP, and PTM areas

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4-8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• Demonstrating SAP Security, SAP ERP, and controls project delivery across multiple engagements
• Applying control testing, RCM, and RACI documentation in SAP environments
• Interpreting SAP business process controls for RTR, OTC, PTP, or PTM
• Using data insights, critical thinking, and audit documentation for recommendations
• Guiding junior team members while navigating ambiguity and client priorities
