Job summary

Pi Square Technologies is seeking an SAP BPA/Workflow Automation Specialist to design and implement automated processes using SAP BPA, iRPA, and related tools. You will collaborate with business teams to map requirements into scalable workflows and ensure smooth operation of automation solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in SAP workflow development, strong JavaScript and API skills, and a solid foundation in agile delivery. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years in SAP workflow development, SAP iRPA, or SAP BPA.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), OData.
• Strong business process analysis and agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design automated workflows, multi-level approvals, and forms using SAP BPA.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain automation bots to handle repetitive tasks.
• Connect SAP BPA with SAP S/4HANA, third-party systems, and APIs using SAP Integration Suite.
• Configure decision logic, notifications, and process visibility dashboards.
• Perform unit/integration testing and provide production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Design: Build automated workflows, multi-level approval processes, and forms using SAP BPA
• RPA & Bots: Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain automation bots to handle repetitive routine tasks.
• System Integration: Connect SAP BPA with SAP S/4HANA, third-party systems, and APIs using SAP Integration Suite.
• Business Rules: Configure decision logic, notifications, and process visibility dashboards.
• Support & Testing: Perform unit/integration testing, troubleshoot runtime issues, and provide ongoing production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years working with SAP workflow development, SAP iRPA, or SAP Build Process Automation.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), OData, and SAP BTP architecture.
• Core Competencies: Strong grasp of business process analysis, low-code/pro-code tooling, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
