Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, AI, ML, data science, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of technology experience with at least 4–6 years in AI/ML and Generative AI delivery.
- Strong hands-on understanding of SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, and SAP Business AI services.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on SAP BTP.
- Define enterprise AI solution architectures utilizing SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, and related services.
- Design LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver AI-driven transformation opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Establish best practices for AI development, governance, security, scalability, and performance.
- Drive architecture reviews, estimations, and client presentations.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and SAP capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP AI & Generative AI Solution Architect / Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, SAP BTP AI services, and enterprise solution architecture.
This role requires a technology leader who can define AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, guide development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive innovation initiatives from concept to production. SAP BTP AI capabilities such as AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, and SAP Business AI services are key aspects of this role.
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on SAP BTP.
- Define and govern enterprise AI solution architectures utilizing SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, and related services.
- Design LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to identify and deliver AI‑driven transformation opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Establish best practices for AI development, governance, security, scalability, and performance.
- Drive stakeholder discussions, architecture reviews, solution estimations, and client presentations.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, SAP Business AI capabilities, and industry trends.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 8–12+ years of overall technology experience with at least 4–6 years in AI/ML and Generative AI solution delivery.
- Strong hands‑on understanding of SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, and SAP Business AI services.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale AI, LLM, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks and cloud‑native architectures.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, security, governance, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with SAP Joule, Agentic AI, Multi‑Agent Architectures, and Knowledge Graphs.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
- SAP BTP, Cloud, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
- Strategic thinker with strong business and technology acumen.
- Proven leader capable of driving enterprise AI transformation programs.
