Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead SAP integration programs, including CPI/CI, PI/PO, and BTP Integration Suite. You will guide end-to-end architecture, drive large transformation deals, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations.

The role emphasizes pre-sales, solution consulting, and governance across SAP S/4HANA, APIs, events, and external systems, with a focus on modernizing integration landscapes and delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of work experience in leading SAP Integration technologies PI/PO, BTP Integration Suite – CPI / CI, APIM, Open Connector, Event Mesh, TPM.
• End-to-End integration project lifecycle experience across multiple phases.
• Integration Lead experience in S4HANA programs and broad IT trends knowledge.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting experience in integration domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration-focused pre-sales engagements and define differentiated integration solutions.
• Act as integration architecture lead and trusted advisor in workshops and governance forums.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture including SAP S/4HANA, BTP, APIs, and external systems.
• Lead large and complex transformation deals and drive project delivery roadmaps.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, including solution approach, scope, and risks.
• Represent the solution in proposals defenses and architecture deep dives.
• Collaborate across SAP functions and business teams to ensure cohesive designs.
• Provide design governance, risk resolution, and delivery oversight.

Development experience :

• 12-18 years of work experience in leading SAP Integration technologies PI/PO , BTP Integration Suite – CPI / CI , APIM , Open Connector, Event Mesh, Trading Partner Management (TPM) . Must have participated in End-to-End Integration Project Lifecycle. Experience in participating across License management, Feasibility, Diagnostics, Solution Design, Coding, Testing, Deployment and Support for minimum 4-5 E2E project. Integration Lead Experience across S4HANA Programs, Good knowledge of and affinity to IT trends and topics, Open to a cross industry knowledge and a cross Line of Business process understanding , Guide customer executives to develop integrations strategy
• Experience on developing best-fit SAP platform and application architecture followed by IT-transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts Supporting large customer transformation processes as a trusted advisor. Deep knowledge of Integration design patterns implemented in SAP IS/CPI, Groovy scripts, API development, Mappings.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Lead integration-focused pre-sales engagements, understanding customer business and technology landscapes, identifying transformation opportunities, and defining differentiated integration solutions aligned with the overall SAP strategy.
• Customer-Facing Architecture Leadership: Act as the integration architecture lead and trusted technical advisor in customer workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, steering discussions, and solution governance forums.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Own end-to-end integration architecture covering SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP applications, SaaS platforms, legacy applications, APIs, events, B2B/EDI, and external systems, while promoting scalable and Clean Core aligned patterns.
• Large Deal Solutioning: Lead integration workstreams for large and complex transformation deals, translating business requirements into target architecture, transition strategy, implementation approach, operating model, resource model, and delivery roadmap.
• Proposal & RFP Ownership: Drive the integration sections of RFP/RFI responses and proposals, including solution approach, architecture, scope, assumptions, dependencies, sizing, resource loading, delivery model, risks, accelerators, and differentiators.
• Proposal Defense & Orals: Represent the integration solution during customer proposal defenses, technical orals, architecture deep dives, and clarification workshops, articulating the solution rationale, value proposition, delivery feasibility, risks, and competitive differentiation.
• Estimation & Commercial Solutioning: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, program, and commercial teams to build effort estimates, complexity models, staffing plans, delivery timelines, assumptions, and cost-conscious architecture options.
• Architecture Governance: Establish integration principles, reference architectures, reusable patterns, API standards, security considerations, error-handling approaches, observability, DevOps, and governance mechanisms.
• Executive & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex integration strategies in a clear business-oriented manner to customer CIO/CTO organizations, enterprise architects, program leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with SAP functional, S/4HANA, BTP, data, security, infrastructure, application, AI, and business teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end solution.
• Delivery Assurance: Continue architectural ownership from pre-sales through design and implementation, providing design governance, technical oversight, risk resolution, and support for critical architectural decisions.
• Modernization & Innovation: Shape modernization strategies around SAP Integration Suite, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, automation, AI-assisted development/operations, and legacy middleware modernization.
• Deal Differentiation: Identify reusable assets, accelerators, automation opportunities, AI capabilities, reference architectures, and delivery innovations that strengthen the overall proposition and improve customer outcomes.
