Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to design, develop, deploy, and support cloud-native SAP solutions using SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP CAP. You will build Fiori/UI5 apps and backend services with Node.js, integrating REST and OData APIs across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Experience with HR processes in Singapore payroll/regulatory contexts is advantageous and a hybrid work model is offered to balance stakeholder collaboration with focused development time.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of SAP development experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on SAP BTP experience.
• SAP BTP Cloud Foundry Environment knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and Node.js.
• Familiar with REST APIs, OAuth, and OData services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP using Cloud Foundry.
• Build and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications per requirements.
• Develop backend services via Node.js and SAP CAP.
• Design and consume REST/OData APIs for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Configure and manage Cloud Foundry environments and pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance and perform root cause analysis.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to solution design discussions with technical recommendations.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Foundry, SAP Fiori, and Node.js development. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native SAP solutions while collaborating with functional and business stakeholders.Experience supporting HR business processes, particularly within the Singapore regulatory and employment environment will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP using Cloud Foundry.
• Build and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications based on business requirements.
• Develop backend services using Node.js and SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Design and consume REST/OData APIs for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Configure and manage Cloud Foundry environments, services, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 4 years to 6 years of SAP development experience.
• At least 2 years to 3 years of hands-on SAP BTP experience.
• SAP BTP Cloud Foundry Environment.

• SAP XSUAA.
• SAP Connectivity Services.
• SAP Business Application Studio.
• SAP CAP Framework.
• Node.js development including APIs and microservices.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.

• CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• SAP certifications in BTP, Fiori, or Cloud Foundry.
