Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a skilled professional to manage platform administration tasks in their cloud environments. Key responsibilities include managing global accounts, configuring security services like SAP Identity Authentication Service, and enabling various BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite. The ideal candidate should have experience in connectivity configurations and be able to support development teams with deployment and troubleshooting. This role is based in Ernakulam, Kerala.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector for on-premise systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and API Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage global accounts and entitlements across Cloud Foundry.
• Configure security services for single sign-on and user management.
• Support monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud applications.

Job description

Job Requirements:

• Platform Administration: Manage global accounts, directories, subaccounts, entitlements, and quotas across Cloud Foundry and Kyma environments.
• Security & Identity: Configure SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and SAP Identity Provisioning (IPS) for single sign-on (SSO) and user lifecycle management.
• Connectivity: Configure SAP Cloud Connector to securely connect SAP BTP to on-premise systems (S/4HANA, ECC) and manage destination services.
• Service Management: Enable and configure BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and HANA Cloud.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system logs, usage, and performance using tools like the SAP BTP Cockpit and Alert Notification Service.
• Development Support: Support development teams with deployment, DevOps (CI/CD), and troubleshooting of cloud applications.
