Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Consultant to join our SAP billing and revenue management team. You will design, configure, enhance, and support SAP BRIM SOM solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.

Responsibilities include implementing SOM-focused BRIM solutions, gathering requirements, configuring O2C processes, and integrating SAP SOM with CC, CI, and FI-CA. You will document solutions and transfer knowledge to the support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• SAP BRIM certification preferred.
• Experience in telecom, utilities, subscription, SaaS or digital services industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, enhance, and support SAP BRIM SOM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Configure SAP SOM processes for subscription-based models.
• Collaborate with SAP CC, CI, and FI-CA teams.
• Design and support end-to-end O2C processes within BRIM.
• Develop interfaces between SAP SOM and external applications.
• Perform integration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM SOM Consultant to join our SAP billing and revenue management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) with hands‑on experience in Subscription Order Management (SOM), integration design, order-to-cash processes, and BRIM solution implementation.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting SAP BRIM SOM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP BRIM solutions with a focus on Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP SOM processes for subscription-based business models.
• Collaborate with teams working on SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
• Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP BRIM.
• Develop and support interfaces between SAP SOM and external applications.
• Perform system integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to BRIM and SOM processes.
• Create technical/functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Work closely with architects, developers, and business users to deliver scalable BRIM solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BRIM.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM).
• Good understanding of:
• SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
• SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)

• SAP CRM
• SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and subscription billing processes.
• Experience in integration technologies such as:

Preferred Technical Skills

• ABAP/ABAP OO development knowledge.

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP BRIM certification is preferred.
• Experience in telecom, utilities, subscription, SaaS, or digital services industries is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• At least one end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation project.
• Experience with migration, rollout, and support projects.
• Exposure to S/4HANA integration scenarios.
