Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Manager to lead SAP Finance implementations for a diverse client portfolio. You will drive project delivery, mentor teams, and manage client engagements across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

This role requires deep SAP FI/FICO knowledge, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to optimize financial processes and reporting while upholding PwC quality standards and global delivery practices.

• Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems
• Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills in SAP financial management
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations

As a SAP BRIM Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional client support within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of implementing SAP Finance solutions, driving innovation and efficiency for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and lead client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, developing high-quality deliverables, and fostering meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
• Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions
• Excelling in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance
• Managing financial transformation projects with a focus on business process improvement
