EY in India is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant with hands-on expertise in SOM. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end Convergent Invoicing solutions within SAP S/4HANA landscapes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct workshops, and guide configurations across CI, SOM, CC, and FI CA.

Strong client-facing communication is essential. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years' experience in BRIM, solid billing domain knowledge, and a track record of successful end-to-end

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Consultant with hands on expertise, specifically in SOM. The ideal candidate will have strong functional skills, excellent client facing abilities, and a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA system architecture and landscape.

Responsibilities

• Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of Custom development.
• Implement, configure, and support SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) including billing, invoicing, billing plan management, and document flow.
• Work across BRIM components such as SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Contract Accounts Receivable Payable (FI CA) depending on project scope.
• Manage data flows between S/4, CC, CI and FICA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Present solution designs and impact assessments confidently.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 4-8 Years

Requirements

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical, middleware, business)
• Minimum 1 end to end implementation of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• Excellent business communication skills

Skills

• Strong hands on experience in Subscription Order management
• Proficiency with core SAP BRIM components - SOM, CC, CI, CM, and FI CA.
• Expertise in subscription, usage based, and recurring billing models.
• Strong functional knowledge of FI CA processes including invoicing, dunning, collections, and payments.
• Experience with master data replication and ODI/order distribution flows.
• Ability to conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and BRIM solution walkthroughs.
• Hands on experience across end to end BRIM implementation lifecycle (design build test deploy).

Desirable/Additional Skills

• Work on S/4HANA third party Integration Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Revenue Accounting Reporting (RAR) concepts and integration.
• Good understanding of integration patterns using IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs.
