Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to join its Global Delivery Services in India. The role focuses on end-to-end BRIM implementations, including Convergent Invoicing, SOM, and related BI/ERP integrations within an S/4HANA landscape.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, drive client workshops, and deliver design-to-deploy BRIM solutions. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with CI/SOM in SAP BRIM.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA with 4-8 years of experience in SAP BRIM space.
• Strong functional skills and client-facing abilities.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and landscape.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in various technical streams of custom development.
• Implement, configure, and support SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) including billing and invoicing.
• Work across BRIM components such as SOM, Convergent Charging, and FI CA per project scope.
• Manage data flows between S/4, CC, CI and FICA.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Present solution designs and impact assessments confidently.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Consultant withhands on expertise, specifically in SOM. The ideal candidate will have strong functionalskills, excellent client facing abilities, and a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA system architecture and landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Need to work as a team member to contribute in various technical streams of Custom development.
• Implement, configure, and support SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) including billing, invoicing, billing plan management, and document flow.
• Work across BRIM components such as SOM, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI CA) depending on project scope.
• Manage data flows between S/4, CC, CI and FICA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Present solution designs and impact assessments confidently.

What we Look For:

We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 4-8 Years

You will need to have:

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical, middleware, business)
• Minimum 1 end to end implementation of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• Excellent business communication skills

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong hands on experience in Subscription Order management
• Proficiency with core SAP BRIM components - SOM, CC, CI, CM, and FI CA.
• Expertise in subscription, usage based, and recurring billing models.
• Strong functional knowledge of FI CA processes including invoicing, dunning, collections, and payments.
• Experience with master data replication and ODI/order distribution flows.
• Ability to conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and BRIM solution walkthroughs.
• Hands on experience across end to end BRIM implementation lifecycle (design -> build -> test -> deploy).

Ideally you will also:

• Work on S/4HANA & third party Integration Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) concepts and integration.
• Good understanding of integration patterns using IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs.
