Job summary

Globant is seeking a SAP BPC Analyst, Senior for a hybrid role in India. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of overall experience with at least 5 years hands-on SAP BPC, ABAP skills for BPC, and SAC exposure. Preferred is SAP BPC Embedded with ABAP, plus SAC or PaPM experience.

Excellent communication, time-zone adaptability, and Agile experience are essential. The role supports multi-site delivery from Pune, Indore, Hyderabad or Bangalore, collaborating across time zones and teams to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years overall experience with at least 5 years hands-on SAP BPC.
• ABAP knowledge pertaining to SAP BPC is must.
• SAC hands-on experience is required for a full lifecycle of 3–4 years.
• SAP BPC Embedded experience along with SAP ABAP is preferred.
• SAP SAC or SAP PaPM experience is good to have.
• 4–6 full lifecycle implementation projects in SAP BPC.
• Minimum 1 year SAP SAC or PaPM implementation experience is good.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a different time zone as the project demands.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile Processes.

• SAC Hands on experience is must for a full life cycle of 3-4 experience if hands‑on.
• SAP BPC Embedded experience along with SAP ABAP will be the preference.
• SAP SAC or SAP PaPM experience is good to have.
