Job summary

Motherson Technology Services Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration specialist with 8-15 years of experience. You will lead end-to-end data migration projects from SAP/Non-SAP to S/4HANA on premises, focusing on data mapping, technical specs, and reconciliation reports.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, and SAP Data Services, and ensure seamless transitions across O2C, P2P, S2C processes while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA migrations and related tools.
• Experience across data mapping, technical specs, and reconciliation.
• Strong ABAP debugging knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration from SAP/Non-SAP to S/4HANA on premises with full lifecycle implementation.
• Deliver migrations using LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, and SAP Data Services across multiple projects.
• Design data mappings, author migration technical specifications, and build solutions.
• Create reconciliation reports and ensure end-to-end process coverage.
• Collaborate with functional/business teams to optimize data migration designs.
• Communicate effectively and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

Profile Preference:-

8-15 years,Relocation for(bangalore,Pune,Hyderabad,Coimbatore)

Role & responsibilities :-

• -Experience in Data migration from SAP/Non-SAP to S/4 HANA on premises with full life cycle implementation
• - Expertise of migration SAP BODS and Migration Cockpit, with experience in at least 3 projects
• - Good knowledge in ETL designs and build SAP Data services 4.2, S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit and hands on with different migration tools like LTMC, LTMOM
• - Experience in BODS Designer Components- Projects, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow, Scripts, Data Stores and Formats.
• - Experience in SAP process areas (Example: O2C, P2P, S2C, STI, I2D etc.) and different Legacy systems.
• - SAP ABAP debugging experience is essential.
• - Experience across migration activities including data mapping, authoring migration technical specifications, build migration solutions and designing reconciliation reports.
• - Understanding the End-to-End Process flows and use of all data objects across those flows and applications (Master Data and Transactional Data)
• - Working collaboratively with functional and business teams to deliver the best data migration solutions and technical designs.
• - Exhibit effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
• - Excellent written and Oral communication skills
• - Working experience of data transformations and data migration and implementation for SAP.
• -- Overview on functional analysis and requirements gathering, and solid understanding of SAP.
