Job summary

The AES Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking experienced SAP Basis professionals for a work-from-office role with five days a week. The position focuses on SAP system administration for S/4HANA, HANA, ABAP, and Java environments, with emphasis on troubleshooting and enterprise support.

You will administer SAP Basis, monitor and optimize performance, manage Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, and BI/BODS/Fiori components, perform SSL config, system copies, upgrades, and high‑availability tasks,

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Basis administration across S/4HANA and SAP HANA
• Experience with ABAP and Java system administration in enterprise SAP
• Strong troubleshooting, customer engagement, and incident management

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP Basis environments including S/4HANA, SAP HANA, ABAP, and NetWeaver Java
• Monitor, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP systems' performance
• Support SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP Convergent Charging
• Administer and troubleshoot SAP BusinessObjects BI, BODS, BW, SCM, Lumira, and Fiori
• Perform SSL certificate implementation for Web Dispatcher, BOJB, ABAP, and Java
• Handle system copies, post-migration activities, upgrades, and maintenance
• Support HA configurations and HANA XSA/content server upgrades
• Manage complex L3 incidents and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve critical issues and meet SLAs

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP Basis professionals with strong expertise in SAP system administration, technical troubleshooting, and application support. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience supporting SAP ABAP and Java systems, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and related SAP technical applications.

This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, customer engagement skills, and experience handling complex technical issues in an enterprise SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Pacemaker high-availability configurations and HANA XSA/content server upgrade activities.
• Manage complex L3 technical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
