New Tech Bridge Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an SAP BASIS administrator in Hyderabad with 3–5 years of experience. The role requires tuning, monitoring, and strong client communication, with mandatory ABAP/JAVA exposure and familiarity with BOBJ/BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server and Open Text.

SSL/SSO experience is valued. The candidate will support SAP systems across multi-environment setups, ensuring CTS integrity, performing upgrades and migrations, and driving incident/problem management

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

• Should have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in SAP BASIS.
• Good communication skills to handle bridge calls with clients.
• Actively monitor systems to ensure they are tuned and running.
• Support project knowledge in handling ABAP and JAVA system as a mandatory skill. Other applications knowledge on BOBJ, BODS, Cloud connector, Content server, Open Text will be added advantage.
• Knowledge on webdispatcher configurations and troubleshooting.
• SSL and SSO configuration. Exchange of certificates, renewal of certificates, building trust between two systems.
• Providing technical support for SAP systems is a critical task for basis administrators. They have to examine technical infrastructures, including transport and printer administration, job scheduling, designing, and implementing of SAP operational needs.
• Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production).
• Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
• Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
• Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.
• Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.
• Handling systems outages and customer technical bridges
• Should be experienced in understanding configuration of alerts and fine tuning of system performance based on alert monitoring.

• Planning, setup and implementation of technical migration projects and improvement of product and processes, complete your job.
• You own a degree (e.g. business informatics, computer science) or IT training or are a career changer with IT affinity and experience.
