Job summary

Jade Global in Pune, India seeks an SAP procurement expert to lead S/4HANA and Ariba projects, focusing on core procurement processes and end-to-end Source-to-Pay integration.

You will design, configure, test, and deploy procurement solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into functional solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to work independently on complex procurement transformations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement.
• Experience with Ariba Intake Management and Procurement Orchestration.
• Understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP S/4HANA procurement processes: Requisitions, POs, Goods Receipt and Invoice processes.
• Manage supplier and material master data and procurement process integration.
• Provide functional guidance on procurement process design and best practices.
• Support integration, testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data and process integration.

Job description

• Work on SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, including:
• Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipt and Invoice processes
• Supplier and material master data
• Procurement process integration
• Provide functional expertise in SAP Ariba Procurement, with a strong focus on core procurement capabilities.
• Design, configure, and support Ariba Intake Management and Procurement Orchestration processes.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement solutions across S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Work on end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and integration between SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Support procurement process standardization, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and define functional solutions.
• Support integration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless data and process integration.
• Provide functional guidance on procurement process design and best practices.

• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
