Job Summary:
The SAP Ariba Administrator will play a key role in managing and maintaining the organization’s Ariba platform, ensuring efficient workflow management, accurate master data, and seamless system performance. The role requires an experienced professional with in-depth understanding of SAP Ariba’s configuration, approval workflows, and data integrity processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls within SAP Ariba.
- Manage and maintain master data, including suppliers, users, and procurement categories.
- Configure and monitor approval flows to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Oversee daily system usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Coordinate with IT and procurement teams for data integration and workflow optimization.
- Prepare system performance and usage reports for management review.
- Support end-users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Ariba administration or procurement systems.
- Strong understanding of master data management, workflow approvals, and Ariba configuration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (4 months) – With potential extension based on project needs.
