Job summary

GyanSys Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Architect – Logistics Execution to join our SAP Practice in Hyderabad. You will lead end-to-end WM/EWM deployments, configure logistics master data, and ensure seamless integrations across MM, SD, PP, PM and FI for global warehousing and distribution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 12–14 years hands-on SAP WM/EWM experience, strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, and readiness to travel and work on-site with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12–14 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM/EWM.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations, picking/packing, shipping, and logistics documentation.
• Sharp analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global business teams across time zones, supporting time-critical O2C operations.
• Based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP Logistics processes — inbound/outbound logistics, stock transfers, warehouse operations, transportation, and cross-dock activities — that keep global operations moving.
• Configure logistics master data and functional settings to drive operational efficiency.
• Own end-to-end Warehouse Management (WM) processes, including putaway, picking, transfer orders, HU management, and physical inventory.
• Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and cutover preparation for Logistics and Warehousing deployments.
• Monitor integrations across MM, SD, PP, PM, and FI to ensure seamless, end-to-end logistics execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues — picking errors, shipment failures, route determination, stock discrepancies — and drive root-cause analysis for lasting process improvements.

We're seeking an experienced SAP Architect – Logistics Execution to join our SAP Practice and play a central role in keeping global Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Distribution operations running at their best for our enterprise clients.

What you'll be doing:
