Job summary

OpalSoft, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to migrate SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects reporting to SAC. You will develop SAC models, dashboards, and analytic apps, while preserving business logic and data integrity.

The role requires strong SAC hands-on experience, familiarity with BW/BOBJ concepts, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAC solutions—driving performance and best practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.
• Experience designing SAC models, dimensions, measures, stories, dashboards, and analytic apps.
• Experience with SAC data modeling, calculations, and report development.

Responsibilities

• Drive the migration of SAP BW BEx Queries and SAP BusinessObjects dashboards/reports to SAC.
• Analyze legacy reporting solutions and convert report logic, calculations, variables, hierarchies, and KPIs into SAC.
• Design, develop, and implement SAC solutions including data models, dimensions, measures, and calculations.
• Build interactive SAC Stories, Dashboards, Reports, and Analytic Applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAC solutions.
• Optimize report performance and ensure adherence to SAP best practices for SAC development.
• Perform testing, validation, and reconciliation of migrated reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams on data integration and reporting initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements for SAC reporting solutions.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support the migration of SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reporting solutions to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAC development and implementation, with a good understanding of SAP BW, BEx Queries, and SAP BusinessObjects reporting concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the migration of existing SAP BW BEx Queries and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) Dashboards/Reports to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Analyze legacy reporting solutions and convert existing report logic, calculations, variables, hierarchies, and KPIs into equivalent SAC functionality while maintaining business requirements and data integrity.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including data models, dimensions, measures, and calculations
• Build interactive SAC Stories, Dashboards, Reports, and Analytic Applications that are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with enterprise reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective SAC solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience developing solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong experience in designing SAC models, dimensions, measures, Stories, Dashboards, and Analytic Applications.
• Experience with SAC data modeling, calculations, and report development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, or SAP Datasphere.
• SAP Analytics Cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
