Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking an experienced ABAP/HANA ABAP developer to design, develop, and support SAP ABAP objects on HANA. The role involves implementing reports, interfaces, forms, and module pool programs, and delivering robust OData services using RAP and CDS/AMDP.

You will collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements, perform feasibility checks, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery. The position requires hands-on ABAP debugging and adherence to development standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HANA ABAP development and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.
• Experience with Reports, Interfaces, Forms and Module Pool.
• Experience with BADI, User Exits/Customer Exits and BDC.
• Hands-on experience in OData Services.
• Strong understanding of ABAP development standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver enhancements and change requests as per functional specifications.
• Analyze technical requirements and provide feasible and scalable solutions.
• Perform demo/solution feasibility checks for proposed requirements.
• Provide quick and effective bug fixes during Functional Testing and UAT phases.
• Develop and maintain ABAP objects including reports, interfaces, and forms.
• Develop and maintain OData services.
• Work with modern HANA ABAP technologies (CDS, AMDP, RAP).
• Coordinate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in implementation, rollout and support activities.
• Ensure quality, performance and timely delivery of development objects.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
