Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a SAP ABAP Senior Associate to lead and mentor teams, manage client engagements, and contribute to business development. The role emphasizes leveraging ABAP, SAP analytics tools, and SAP technologies to deliver quality solutions within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams, navigate complexity, and drive continuous improvement in delivery capability across client engagements in the Digital Core

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above.
• Leading and training staff to enhance team capabilities and technical acumen.
• Establishing effective working relationships directly with clients to address complex business issues.
• Contributing to business development activities by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Developing and maintaining internal relationships to strengthen your personal brand within PwC.
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP technologies to support client solutions.
• Implementing process improvement and optimization strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Engaging in strategic technology planning to support business transformation initiatives.
• Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and generate insights for client engagements; Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to design automation solutions and improve client processes.

As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful solutions within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, which extends PwC’s global delivery capabilities. You will collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to address complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, providing premium services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships, manage multiple client engagements, and contribute to the development of your team's technical acumen.

You will guide and mentor junior team members, establish effective working relationships with clients, and be actively involved in business development activities. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will utilize your SAP skills to deliver quality solutions and drive continuous improvement.

What You Must Have
