Job summary

BuildxPartners in India seeks an experienced SAP ABAP RAP Consultant to lead RAP implementations and ABAP development. You will work with global stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver RAP-based solutions and services.

The role requires 7–12 years of SAP ABAP experience, with at least 2 years in RAP, and strong communication to coordinate across Australia, the UK, the US, and APAC. LOCATION: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru; on-site engagement.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP RAP Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in SAP RAP implementation. The candidate should have solid SAP ABAP development skills, practical project experience, and good communication skills to work with global stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

7 to 12 years of overall SAP ABAP experience.

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) implementation experience.

Strong understanding of SAP development and implementation projects.

Ability to explain individual contributions and technical work completed in RAP projects.

Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders across Australia, the UK, the US, and APAC.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Knowledge of ABAP CDS Views, OData, and Fiori Elements.

Exposure to ABAP Cloud, Clean Core, and SAP BTP.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SAP RAP solutions based on business requirements.

Participate in SAP ABAP development and implementation activities.

Build, enhance, and maintain RAP-based applications and services.

Work closely with global stakeholders and technical teams.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solution quality.

Explain technical decisions and project contributions clearly.

At least 2 years of actual hands‑on SAP RAP implementation experience.

Relevant RAP project details and individual contributions.

Strong SAP ABAP technical knowledge.

Current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and preferred location.

Good communication skills and willingness to attend interviews.

Important: Candidates without hands‑on SAP RAP implementation experience will not be considered.
