Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Senior Manager level SAP ABAP lead to direct and shape SAP ABAP initiatives for a diverse client portfolio. You will oversee installation, configuration, and ongoing support while guiding teams across advisory, assurance, tax and business services to deliver value.

You will leverage ABAP, S/4HANA, Fiori, and HANA expertise to drive transformations, mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure quality outcomes aligned with PwC standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. • Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance system functionality and performance
• Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to deliver quality outcomes
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables in client projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
