Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a SAP ABAP Manager to lead the installation, configuration, administration, and development of SAP solutions. You will manage client accounts, mentor staff, and drive SAP-based transformation initiatives within our Digital Core Modernisation practice.

Strong ABAP skills and SAP certifications are preferred. You will guide teams, ensure quality, and collaborate across advisory, assurance, tax and business services to deliver effective outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is the minimum qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
