Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our Hyderabad team. You will work on development, integration, optimization, and support across SAP ABAP environments, including HANA-backed data models and CDS views.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of hands-on ABAP experience, strong knowledge of RICEF components, and experience with REST and OData services. Join a dynamic IT talent firm delivering global SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Expertise in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements & Forms (RICEF).
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Experience with SAP HANA, CDS Views and AMDP.
• Hands-on experience in Table Functions and RAP.
• Develop and expose OData services with CRUD operations.
• Knowledge of BAPIs, User Exits, Customer Exits and BADIs.
• Experience with REST APIs and SAP/non-SAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and debugging.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Production support and root-cause analysis experience.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and objects.
• Design and implement RICEF components as required.
• Optimize performance of ABAP code and SAP interfaces.
• Create and update technical documentation and run reviews.
• Provide production support and RCA for issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
