Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP CRM solutions, including design, development, and deployment.
• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs for SAP CRM, integrating with ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Work on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) specific to SAP CRM.
• Develop and optimize OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Implement BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, and Enhancements to extend SAP CRM functionality.
