Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and RAP (Rapid Application Programming) Development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance of SAP BTP applications.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP BTP development processes and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Responsibilities Provide expert technical support for SAP BTP applications, focusing on RAP development.

Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.

Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements in SAP BTP applications. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on SAP BTP functionalities. Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP developments and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in SAP BTP development, particularly in RAP (Rapid Application Programming).

Proficient in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Fiori/UI5. Solid understanding of SAP BTP services, including integration, database, and analytics.

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP HANA and data modeling.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures.

Experience in customer facing roles, providing technical support or consulting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7 10 years of experience in technical support or development roles, specifically with SAP BTP.

Relevant SAP certifications in BTP or related technologies are a plus.
