Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking an accomplished SAP Technical Architect/Lead to drive end-to-end S/4HANA programs. You will shape architectures, lead the design of scalable landscapes, and guide technical teams through complex greenfield and conversion projects.

The role emphasizes deep expertise in RAP, CDS views, ABAP on HANA, APIs, OData, and cloud deployment across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a focus on clean core architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023+ and transformation projects.
• Proven lead/architect for large-scale SAP programs.
• Experience with cloud deployment models (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for S/4HANA and RISE programs.
• Define integration architecture with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, Event Mesh.
• Provide technical governance, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Lead design reviews, estimations, risk assessments, and architecture docs.

Job description

• 1. 810 years of total experience, with 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or transformation projects and proven Technical Architect/Lead experience in large-scale SAP programs.
• 2. strong expertise in SAP SAHANA 2023+, Greenfield/Brownfield, Conversion, RISE With SAP, Clean Core Architecture, SAP HANA, and Public/Private Cloud deployment models.
• 3. Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for S/4HANA and RISE with SAP programs, including landscapes on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• 4. Drive zero-modification/C1ean core extensibility using SAP BTR RAP, CAP, SAP Build, and SAP Extension Suite.
• 5. Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, SAP Graph, Event Mesh, and event-driven integration patterns.
• 6. Provide technical leadership across RAP, CDS Views, ABAP on HANA, OData-based Adobe Forms, APIs, while establishing ABAP development standards, ATC compliance, code quality, performance optimization, and technical governance.
• 7. Lead technical design reviews, solution estimations, architecture documentation, risk assessments, and ensure scalable, future-ready SAP solutions.
