Job summary

Capgemini seeks a skilled Salsify Developer to implement, configure, and support Salsify PIM/PXM solutions, managing product data, assets, quality, and syndication across retailers and marketplaces.

You will design scalable data frameworks, automate workflows, and build integrations with Workfront, Fusion, and other enterprise apps to drive exceptional product experiences.

Your Role

As a Salsify Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Salsify PIM/PXM solutions to manage product information, digital assets, data quality, and content syndication across retailer, marketplace, and e-commerce channels. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable product data frameworks, automate workflows, and build integrations that drive exceptional product experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Salsify PIM/PXM platform.
• Design and manage product data models, taxonomies, hierarchies, attributes, and classification structures.
• Import, cleanse, enrich, validate, and govern product information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and manage product onboarding, enrichment, approval, and publishing workflows.
• Configure and support product content syndication to retailers, distributors, marketplaces, and e-commerce channels.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salsify APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML.
• Support integrations with Workfront, Fusion, and other enterprise applications.
• Monitor data quality metrics, publishing activities, and syndication performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, workflow, and syndication-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, E-commerce, and IT to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Salsify PIM/PXM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) and Product Experience Management (PXM) concepts and best practices.
• Experience with product content syndication across retailer and marketplace ecosystems.
• Expertise in product data governance, data quality management, and data enrichment processes.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy design, attribute modeling, and product hierarchy management.
• Experience configuring and managing workflow automation within Salsify.
• Proficiency in Salsify APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML for integrations and data exchange.
• Experience with Workfront and Fusion integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
