Job summary

Crisil is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and CPQ to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications. You will streamline sales processes, integrate with ERP and billing systems, and ensure high performance and security.

The role requires 7–10 years in IT with at least 5 years in Salesforce development, expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and OTC processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Solid understanding of sales operations, quoting, pricing, and order management workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect and implement Salesforce OTC and CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Customization: Develop custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and SMEs to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
