Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking a Salesforce Tosca Automation Tester to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Tricentis Tosca. The role focuses on end-to-end quality across Salesforce processes and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of hands-on testing experience, strong Tosca expertise, and a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, workflows, and API testing. This is a requirement-driven, collaborative role in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Experience in designing and maintaining Tosca test cases.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM applications and business workflows.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, permissions, and data.
• Experience working with Salesforce UI and backend/API testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain Tosca automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Automate Salesforce business processes and end-to-end workflows using Tricentis Tosca.
• Create and maintain reusable Tosca modules, test cases, and test data.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing.
• Analyze test requirements and identify scenarios suitable for automation.
• Perform defect identification, logging, tracking, and retesting using tools such as Jira.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and business processes.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze failures to identify application or automation issues.
• Maintain automation scripts during Salesforce releases and application enhancements.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
• Support CI/CD-based test automation where applicable.
