The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Salesforce application design and development, including expertise in Apex coding, Salesforce APIs, and strong communication skills. You will actively engage with clients, design Salesforce solutions, and collaborate within the project team. Certifications such as Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.

Qualifications

Salesforce tech lead with relevant Salesforce experience of 6+ years in design and development of applications, hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Integration, Apex coding, and Lightning.

Must Have
  • Experience with Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Salesforce limitations.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).
  • Experience in implementation of Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Development experience in LWC
  • Experience with Agile Development processes, Continuous Integration, Deployments.
  • Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Force.com development best practices.
  • Comprehensive experience debugging, troubleshooting issues on Salesforce.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Experience with technically managing & mentoring a team
Responsibilities
